I began experimenting with this style in 2010/2011. I wanted to create images that would set me (my style) apart from others. In this way, I can take an ordinary scene and turn it into something more. I use slide film to create these photographs. So, I never know what I have created until it is processed. Therefore, each image is unique and can not be duplicated.
