Growing up in a family of artists, Kari spent her childhood surrounded by artist of all kinds. She started attending art classes at the young age of seven and continued with her studies throughout her teenage and young adult years. After a few successful years as a portrait artist, Kari put herself through college, then worked as a Production Artist and Graphic Designer for numerous magazines, newspapers and childrens’ books.
An active horsewoman, Kari’s first love and favorite subject has always been horses, yet her works also show an eclectic and versatile portfolio of subjects. She has several images published and distributed throughout the retail market and is continually working on new images and designs.
