Julia Klimova is an impressionist working in various genres in oil. She strives to use vibrant but precise colours to enhance the emotional message of her paintings. Born in southwest Russia, her early years were filled with sunlight and happiness. Inspired by nature and her mom, Julia has been painting for as much as she can remember.
After acquiring her M.A. degree in Fine Arts she worked as an interior designer. Later she moved to North America where she became a full time oil painter of various genres.
Also she spent 3 years in Knoxville, Tennessee, in which time her paintings were accepted by a number of galleries in the U.S. south. Her passionate juicy colour paintings are highly regarded by gallery owners and collectors across the continent. Julia currently lives in Ajax, Ontario with her husband and son.
