Xavier was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario Canada. He is a graduate of The Central Technical School of Art where he studied Fine Art.
Xavier started in the industry working in fabric and drapery design and as a faux finish painter. He is currently working as an artist and colour consultant and is involved in interior design work. Xavier works in a multitude of media and his use of texture and colour displays his continuing interest in forms and shapes.
Working in both 2-D painted images and 3-D sculpture images, he is very interested in furniture design, as the lines of any piece must be both aesthetically pleasing and functional. He recently achieved honorable mention for his chair design in the Bolder Furniture Competition.
